John was able to talk me through my problem about relocating a satellite cable and phone cable. Only one could be moved , leaving me with still one visible wire which is not what I wanted , so because both cable were not movable, job was cancelled . He was polite and helpful.

Do not use this scam company - you will be overcharged massively! I was quoted £800 for a job that other companies have quoted me £250.

I called them after they were recommended to me by my brother who already tried their service. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The repairman carried out the work quickly and neatly. Thumbs up!

Terrible company would not deal with again.On the pre-visit call, I described the job in detail, and was told that the cost for what was to be classed as a ‘repair’, would be £69+VAT.I emphasized on the call that the situation wasn’t all that vanilla, but was assured that, given it was a 2 storey house, the cost would be £69+VAT.So on that basis I agreed to the visit.When the engineer arrived, he made an assessment of the work needed but then said it would cost £69+VAT, plus 2 x £89+VAT to extend each of the 2 joined-together cables (by maybe 3 metres). So total of £247+VAT.When I mentioned the fact that the sales agent had said that the cost would be £69, the engineer said that this was only for the most trivial of repairs, and that this didn’t include parts – which by his assessment this came to the additional £178+VAT (despite it being about 6 metres of coax plus 8 connectors).Since this was significantly more than I was counting on spending, I said that I didn’t want to proceed on the day – but was told (quite aggresively) that even so, I’d have to pay the £69 regardless, since it was a diagnostics fee.I am annoyed about the fact that it was not even mentioned at the time of booking, that the total price might be significantly more – and that if I didn’t proceed, I’d have to pay the £69 for diagnostics anyway. The strong impression given was that the price was fixed.Obviously, once the engineer was in my house and asking for money, I felt like I had no other option other than to pay the fee, which I did.I contacted their customer care department twice to discuss - they have ignored my emails.

Terrible company would urge you to go elsewhere!Called to have TV and trunking done, was quoted £120 on the phone, ended up being charged £190! The trunking was to small as I mentioned during installation but was installed anyway, called up for it to be changed but after service was shocking, ended up paying another company to fix the work!

After placing request for quote the response was quick.Bob the fitter was excellent, he was pleasant, approachable, and what's more did a wonderful job, very thorough, and everything was neat and tidy.Would highly recommend his service.

Absolute ridiculous driving from this guy - nearly crashed/hit other cars 3 times. Clearly driving on his phone while driving.

Don’t use this company. We had someone round to mount our TV and after he left found that it was slightly off centre/ not level so asked someone/an engineer to return. They did but the engineer they sent was quite abrupt and rude. Anyways, he said he couldn’t make it any straighter as it was only slightly unlevel so we said okay and he left.The company then rang me numerous times in a 1 hour period to take payment. I missed their calls as was trying to rest after having a newborn baby. The engineer then turns up at the door tries to barge his way into our house so that he can take payment. My partner refuses him entry and my newborn son starts crying as my partner was trying to feed him and has to stop to ask the engineer to move out the way and lock the door.We made payment after this via phone which we would have always done by the end of the day. But this behaviour was absolutely unacceptable and quite frankly scary.

Needed an aerial fitted in a new build house, called on the Friday pm and the engineer arrived at 10.15 am on Saturday and fitted it within 45 minutes. Excellent service.

I would certainly recommend this company 100%! Both the technician and the customer rep were very polite and punctual. I don't know much about aerial and I'm afraid if I was in the bad people I could have been told an entire installation was required and would have gone for it. But thanks to these honest people! I have now a better reception and the work was clean.
