I regularly purchase my lashes from here. When I do I get these applied by a mac employee. On this occasion she told me she was too busy (I was the only person in the concession) and that she was lone working. (Another employee was there in attendance) I don’t expect this type of customer service from a store I spend and have spent, a lot of money in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. I went home and in the end didn’t wear these as wasn’t confident applying. It completely spoilt my look. I have also complained to head office.

Brilliant online customer service from MAC. My make up was delivered to the wrong address and they rectified the problem immediately. I'm truly impressed with how quick they responded and rectified my issue. Well done MAC!!

The SA was friendly on my arrival at the counter. She was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the product I requested as it was new in store. This made my visit pleasant also enjoyable and I would recommend others to visit............. Thank you!

Louisa at the MAC counter in John Lewis was so professional and knowledgable. She helped us out for a wedding last minute, and the make up turned out beautifully. Couldn’t recommend her more x

Mac in Victoria centre was a very good experience! As someone who knows NOTHING about makeup, yet having to buy gifts for the wife, it was a pleasant full of helpful tips and much laughter at my incredible lack of knowledge! The staff were incredibly helpful and I left with a great selection of gifts my wife absolutely loved!!!

Staff were disinterested and made it quite clear they were. Expected better, given the brand's reputation, but severely put off. Spent quite a bit of time looking at products but wasn't approached at any point and was actively avoided.
