Epworth House Dental Surgery

The staff at Epworth were brilliant with myself and my family. Extremely quick to get booked in and there was very little waiting to go into our actual appointment. Pippa and her team were excellent and made us feel special and not rushed throughout our appointments.

We cannot fault the excellent service our whole family have experienced at Epworth House Dental surgery. Coming from a previous bad experience at a dentist, from the minute we met Michelle and her staff at the reception desk we were made to feel very welcome and built up our confidence. From our five year old to ourselves, we now look upon a visit to our dentists as a pleasurable experience where treatment is excellent and there is time given to have a full explanation of treatment available. We use a number of dentists at the practice and cannot praise them enough.Long may it continue.

Recently joined Epworth House, have to say Natalia has restored my faith in dentists. She is fantastic, felt confident throughout appointments/ treatment and most importantly didn't feel like a number! Best dentist I ever had :)

I found Steven Thomas of Epworth House Dental Surgery Worcester, by Googling for a Implant Technician located in Worcestershire. I have just had a upper front tooth Implant completed. I was fitted in as an emergency, Steven explained in detail exactly how long and how everything would progress. He was 100% professional in very detail. The End product is 100 % perfect, you simply cannot tell which is the Implant.I would recommend Steven with out any reservation at all. All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful at Epworth House, Rachael, who is Stevens dental Nurse , made you feel very much at ease. A very big thank you to Steven and his team your work is 100% appreciated.

Fair dental care, although never received a scale & polish after any of my checkups. Unfortunately what really let them down was the younger girl in scrubs on reception...she might as well have been asleep, zero customer care skills and couldn't muster the energy to apologise over a clerical error

Excellent practice!!!I have been coming here for 9 years now, I have seen the private and the NHS dentists, i really feel that i can put my trust into them and have always been happy with the treatments received. The dentists are good and the reception staff are lovely.

Swalled my crown eating a mince pie before Xmas - the most expensive mince pie I have ever eaten. The surgery got me in the next day, and although I have been coming here for years it was the first time I had seen Natalia, absolutely fab. The temp crown she gave me was almost as good as original, and I had no problems with it over Christmas. Just had proper crown fitted today and its perfect. Lovely, lovely lady. Have to say all the nurses and reception staff are brilliant too. Especially the receptionist who gave me a plaster so I was able to walk home !!! Excellent service all round ☺

Careful - if you don't go for a while, they no longer consider you a current patient. And their waiting list to become one again currently has 400 people on it, according to the receptionist.They don't warn you in any way that you are about to be excommunicated. They consider it your responsibility/problem.Got me in quite a bit of difficulty as a pregnant woman as you have to take extra care of your teeth while pregnant. That's why the NHS gives you a maternity exemption certificate... But obviously that's no good to you if you no longer have a dentist.

Been going here for about the last 5-6 years I think, very happy with the service.
