Even though the job wasn't an emergency, technician arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. Diagnosed and eradicated the issues within 15 minutes. Joel couldn't have been more helpful with the work and explained the cause of the issue to prevent future blockage. Also Ben who I spoke to over the phone to book the job in, very professional and courteous. Cheers guys, will definitely recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend. Had someone from drain doctor come out for a blocked drain, the engineer couldn’t get the blockage out and said we would need the garden digging up to fix the issue and left the garden an absolute state with waste water and toilet roll down the garden and didn’t clean it up. Had another company out who fixed the issue in about 10 seconds and said they didn’t even know what the engineer from drain doctor had actually done to resolve the issue. The company who fixed the blocked drain also cleaned up the mess left by drain doctor. So for blocked drains I would look else where as these are pretty useless. Now after being charged £280 for them to come out and do absolutely nothing to fix our issue they won’t respond to me or answer the phone.
