Absolutely brilliant customer service! They sacrifice a lot of time to make sure all of their clients are comfortable and treat their staff in an impeccably respectful manner, I’m very pleased. You will not find friendlier, more charismatic beauticians anywhere else since the girls at pure love to chat, sing along to the music and make sure that your experience is one of the best. If you want a flawless finish on your nails or a peaceful wax, this is the place to go and you’ll even be offered a cup of tea/coffee when you walk in! Xx
