Acorns Nurseries, Park Grove.

Our little boy absolutely loves Acorns and we are really impressed how well they have handled all the COVID 19 restrictions.The staff are extremely friendly and caring and couldn’t do more for our little boy. Would recommend Acorns to anyone.

We've been using Acorns for 6 years for both of my boys and been delighted with the care they have both received. My youngest is starting school now and we are really going to miss everyone at the nursery but they have both really benefitted from attending and it has given me huge peace of mind that they have been so well cared for.

I chose this nursery as it initially seemed great. However, on my sons first settling in session, it became apparent that it's awful and unsafe. during the settling in session, my son found a pair of scissors, adult scissors. My son is 10 months old and they were on the sofa within easy reach of the young children that were toddling around. I handed them to the nursery staff who didn't seem shocked at all. Had I not been there to take them from my son, who knows what could have happened. Unprofessional and terribly unsafe for children. Think again before selecting this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Acorns Park Grove since August last year and she absolutely loves it there. She always goes to nursery with with a smile. They are also excellent at updating me on any issues that arise with her during the day (e.g teething/temperatures/rashes) and I feel confident in the level of care she receives there.

My 9 month old son attends this nursery and he absolutely loves it. The girls in his group are fantastic, they are so attentive and pro-active with him. The different types of activities they do with the children is brilliant and they also carry out themed days/events throughout the year.Overall my experience so far has been very positive and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Daughter has recently left to go to another Acorns nursery closer to my work. We're going to miss this nursery, great staff and lovely environment. She has enjoyed a variety of wonderful activities, trips and shared a whole calendar of family events. It has given my daughter a fantastic start in life, very attentive to dietary and other needs and going to be missed. Also a big thank you to all the staff in Oakfield Street for making my daughter very welcome and easing the transition from one nursery to another. I would recommend Acorns to anyone!

We have been using the Parkgrove branch of Acorns for the last 4 years and could not be more impressed. We knew that we wanted to use Acorns as we had previously used the Roath branch for our eldest child. We looked at other nurseries but Acorns just felt right!! a homley setting that is spotless, safe, educational and fun. My girls are so excited to see the wonderful staff when they arrive and are full of beans when telling us about there busy day when we pick up. I'm really sad that our time here is coming to an end. the girls are coming on leaps and bounds and I'd like to thank Acorns for helping shape there personalities /futures as they move on to the next adventure.

I had a wonderful time attending the Grandparents' afternoon with my great grand daughter last Monday where a magician kept us all entertained with many tricks! The room was beautifully decorated with the children's art work. Afterwards we were served a delicious afternoon tea and homemade Victoria sponge. It was fantastic! My great grand daughter doesn't stop talking about nursery, especially the staff who look after her, and it is great that I can now put faces to names and to picture the nursery! Thankyou for the invite Acorns and for organising such a fun afternoon! I cannot wait until next year!

A wonderful nursery. The staff are friendly and professional, and clearly enjoy working with the children; the children are well looked-after and educational activities are prioritised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acorns to any parent.
