TERRIBLE SERVICEBooked and paid for a taxi to take me to the train station only for no taxi to turn up. When I called they said “they can’t find anyone to collect me” ALTHOUGH THEY HAPPILY TOOK MY MONEY TO LET ME STAND IN THE RAIN WAITING!I had to take my car in stead and narrowly missed my train by literally 10 seconds!!!Will NOT use or recommend this firm

We were visited in the town and the taxi driver asked us how to get there!Then he asked us for the post code whilst driving in traffic.All the time he was holding a conversation on his phone.Would not use again when in Nottingham.As the Travel lodge booked it we didn't know it was a private cab.Return journey ordered by the pub we were in cost nearly £4 less

Awful. Had to get to work so booked through the app as couldn’t get through on the phone. Paid and said the booking was confirmed. Got to the time I needed it so called and said they had no available drivers. Bad service due to having me pay then to say that. Done it before as well with the same outcome. Rude and lazy.

Camcabs offer a wonderful service providing reassurance, professionalism and helpfulness when our teenager needed emergency transport on a night out. Thank you so much to the driver who kept us updated and made it his priority to ensure she was safe. This provided massive reassurance during a time of parental worry.

The best taxi service I've used. Arrived very quickly (I had an emergency vet appointment), driver was lovely - very friendly and kind. He even waited to take me home again. Would recommend this service highly to anyone. This will be my go to taxi service from now on! A******
