If you are having problems with your mobile phone/pc/laptop, this is the place to go.I had a serious problem with my laptop and thought the only resolution would be the dreaded reformatting, with the subsequent loss of all my data!! With a little apprehension I took it to Simnor. I was very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable attitude shown by Andrew and April. Equally impressive was the speed of the repair and the very reasonable cost -with no reformatting!! I can't recommend this excellent shop highly enough, with a top notch, friendly service!

Very Friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can't fault the work ethic and passion. Had issues with my desktop PC and my daughters phone. Both fixed above and beyond expectations and didn't cost the earth either. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

Andrew's help was exemplary. I needed a hand with some really obtuse tech requirements for my new job that were giving me grief. His work ethic is very evident as multiple reviews also comment on his productivity. This was the exact same experience I had where every query I had was sorted within the hour. Andrew's business is clearly focused on helping his clients which is evident by the lack bureaucratic policy that can plague bigger retail IT chains. This positivity is supported by Andrew and his staff being very kind, allowing you to have a good conversation with them. It also helps he has good taste in media by the Krieg figure from borderlands 2 that sits inside his PC! Couldn't recommend him enough.
