Door warehouse were very efficient and friendly. Knew their stock and helped us select the right thing. Our fitter Josh Fitzpatrick was excellent. Very professional and took care to do a careful job on what turned out to be a difficult fit (no mess either). Altogether very pleased.

I never leave reviews but felt I had to. If you want great customer service and quality look no further than the Door Warehouse in Deeside! Excellent throughout the transaction, good communication with their customers to. The fitter is very helpful, tidy and the attention to detail is top notch. Following a neighbour’s recommendation, Door Warehouse replaced our internal doors which we were delighted with. They are such lovely people to deal with, helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. So without hesitation they were the one company we went to look for new composite front and back doors. Once again, we are so glad we did. Mike and his assistant came promptly on 2 September and they took every care to ensure that our doors were perfectly fitted and finished. They were so friendly and polite and ensured that everything was left clean and tidy. The doors look fabulous and once again we are delighted. We would highly recommend.

From our initial visit to the store through to installation it has been a smooth journey. Great service from all involved and John who did the installation was a perfectionist. Won't hesitate to recommend the Door Warehouse to others.

Had seven oak doors fitted in our hall.Lots of choice of doors and door furnature in their unit.You pay up front for the doors etc., these then get ordered, when they arrive a fitting date is organised.Fitting is paid directly to the door fitter after the job is complete.Josh, the door fitter, worked well in very poor, rainy, weather under his gazebo outside, he did a great job and was pleasent, polite and hard working and stayed till the job was finished. Thanks Josh.

This is my third purchase from Door Warehouse - and that in itself should tell you something. They know how to advise and how to deliver; the quality and craftsmanship are excellent. These pictures are of an FD30 fire door for one of my rental properties and the overall difference the new door has made to the looks of my property is tremendous!
