A very convenient greggs in Stratford centre!!

Happened to visit Greggs around 8.15pm yesterday. The staff in the counter was very rude. You need to train your staffs on delivering proper customer service.

I always love coming to this greggs branch because the staff are always welcoming and friendly,Buy my coffee,pasty, donuts , they have everything at reasonable prices .Only thing is too many shoplifters just walking out with items I think the mall security should help them out.

So yesterday I went into Greggs in the old Stratford shopping centre. I bought 6 mince pies £1.95, some potato wedges £1.25 and unfortunately they didn't have a steak bake so I opted for a sausage roll £1.15. if your maths is good you would have got a total cost of £4.35. I gave the guy £10 and he gave me change of £5.25! So I said you've given me the wrong change. I was expecting £5.65. he took the money off me then gave me back £4.35! He walked away. I then said to a colleague of his that he's given me the wrong change again. He's given me the cost. She called him back and then 3rd time lucky he got it right, to her comment It's been a long day" it was only about 3pm! Later that evening I went to give my dad a mince pie but it had two bottoms. I was not pleased."

I always get coffee and a vegan sausage roll from this store. The people that work there always greet me even when it's very busy, which is mostly the case.

Ordered from here using Just eat.Food arrived STONE COLD and rock hard. Tried to reheat but no good. Absolute disgusting quality.The hash browns were so hard, I could have used it as a hammer for nails.No quality control whatsoever.

Had the cafe latte. The aroma of the was very robustic. And the coffee taste was mild strong. Staffs were ok. Although the queues get may get long in the peak hours

The shop was nice and clean and shelves were well stocked. There were no queues and was served straight away. Joshua served me. He was very polite and friendly. It does get very busy at times. I am also regularly served by Claire. She is so nice and friendly. She makes you feel welcome when she is serving you.

Good prices. The rest is depends on the branch. Food is okay, I have some of the favourites. Chicken bites are crispy and nice as a snack or side. Pizza slices are quite good too. Also like yum yums. Overall it's okay :)
