I have been coming to Celly’s for years. Fantastic experiences my children have grown up with this salon. I don’t take my children to just any old hairdresser. They listen to the customer and provide the haircut asked for. Management are awesome.

The staff were honestly the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting, and the end-product was incredibly mediocre

BEWARE! seems they close whenever they choose. If the person can’t be bothered to do your service they will turn you away and said they’re closing even at 2pm in the afternoon when there are other people waiting after you. The lady with the blue hair definitely has behaviour issues . Extremely rude and not pleasant.

Have to leave this review for miriam, she's done my hair for the last couple of years and I've always been very pleased with the results and she's such a lovely person to chat to. Good day Celly's Salon. I would like to cancel my appointment for this saturday 10am. I am new here in Newbury and work as a health care assistant and had not come in time last appointment wednesday due to an honest tell that I missed the early bus going to Newbury but one of the staff and I think she was the manager, had question me as a client on some trust issues with the question How can I even trust you?". Even though I apologized and told the her honestly that I did not known this number and still would want your service

The worst experience ever,the manager her name being mariam needs to go to school and learn customer care or may be she is just racist because she didnt treat other customer like the the way she treated us or is it because we had an autistic child with us, she is very rude and unprofesional and the worst of all she is the manager!!!...i wonder what other employees learn from her!!! Shame on you mariam, get another career please for the sake of that salon before people stop coming there
