We didn't have food but it was a welcome sight in the heat on our bikesGreat service, lots of excellent benches outside, plenty of parking.

Nice country pub. Real ales available and an open fire. Low ceiling with exposed beams. Called in on a Wednesday evening, quite busy and a good atmosphere. Beer was reasonable @£4.10

This place has the best beer garden for dogs, I have found anywhere.The manager (Steve) is so laid back and welcoming, you feel like your in your own home.There is even a world war 2 pillbox on the grounds for historians to explore!Proper friendly country pub.
