Excellent service. Same day response to our call. Engineer worked thoroughly to diagnose and fix the problem even though it was late on a Friday evening. He made sure we had heat and hot water for the weekend. Multi heat ordered the parts identified and the engineer fitted them yesterday (Tuesday). We appreciated the engineer wore a mask the whole time. We shall call on this company again to service our boiler in a year’s time.

Called as I had a gas leak, they were out that evening trying to source the leak. The lads who came round were pleasant and polite and nothing was too much trouble. They returned the following day to complete the job. Excellent company excellent customer service would 100% recommend them

They are not only professional and technically good at what they do but equally they are responsive and react to your calls or messages instantly not matter when or what time of day. Absolutely spot on. Superb service, friendly staff, and extremely proactive. Needed a boiler fixed fairly urgently, and they repaired it around my working hours. Very thorough in their work, and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure that everything was covered before the diagnosis, did a temporary fix that night, ordered the part that night, and fixed the following eve, again to suit my working hours. Top service. We had Gareth from Multi-heat services carryout a full system upgrade last year including all pipe work and new boiler and radiators. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard and the engineers were polite helpful and professional they couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the works. One year later we were contacted for our annual service to keep our warranty up to date and make sure all was ok.would highly recommend using multiheat services for business or domestic they are a great company.
