I’m very happy with the service at this key cutting and shoe repair shop in Rivergate shopping centre. The man and his son at the till are incredibly professional and polite. They offer much more than key cutting and shoe repair services. Their shop provides a great variety of useful items, and they excel in offering additional services like engraving, canvas printing, and more. I’m impressed by their diverse offerings and the quality of their work. The staff’s friendly demeanor and attention to detail make this shop a go-to destination for all your needs. Highly recommended!

These guys are AMAZING!My much loved, 30 year old, very battered little leather suitcase had a broken handle and wasn't useable.I really didn't expect them to be able to do anything but as a hopeless optimist thought I'd ask - and they have totally fixed it! From a selection (yep, they had more than one!) of replacement leather handles, they put a new one on and my little suitcase now has another 30 years in it.The delight they took in fixing it was almost as great as my delight in having it fixed.They have my custom for ever!

The staff who work there really know their stuff. You can ask them about almost anything and if they can't help, they will point you in the direction of someone who can.The key cutting and car programming service are so quick and cheap in comparison to their competitors.I have shopped many times with them and recommend you giving them a go.

Came in, younger staff member was serving a customer whilst the other (bloke in glasses) was sat on his phone for around 7-8 mins before deciding to serve. Once he did attend to us, he was quite rude in approach, very blunt and made no effort to interact with us, asked a few questions and got one word answers for everything. I found this chap ill-mannered & discourteous. Won't be coming back, show some respect to paying customers. I like to support local businesses as much as I can, sadly on this occasion due to the unpleasant experience, I will no longer give this business my custom.

I dropped my landrover key and my landrover wouldn’t start after. Ian and his son were very helpful and knowledgeable. They managed to get me the key and EKA code from landrover and got it back on the road in a short time. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again for your help!

Went in today to get my truck key cut on a flip key style casing cut the key and helped me put it together again.absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish

Very highly recommended, I was looking for some duplicate safe keys, I first went to Timpsons who wanted £32 for 1 key, then £16 for the second key, so £48.00 total, I went into market cobbler who cut two for £10 in 10 minutes, superb, use market cobbler

Absolutely fantastic service. I can’t rate it enough. The zip on my bag was broken and I went to several places to try and get a quote and the prices were just extortionate, (particularly Timpson which was almost laughable). This was the only place that offered a reasonable and fair price for the work that needed doing. Over less than half of Timson’s quote. It is clear the staff here care about their customers are not looking to take advantage of them. I was relieved to know I could afford to get my bag fixed thanks to them!The quality of the replacement is fantastic. It’s very strong and durable and looks as good as new! You would not be able to tell the zip had been replaced and allot of care and effort went into making sure the replacement looked like the original.Finally the gentlemen at the counter was simply a joy to talk to. Incredibly witty, charismatic and funny. I’ve been in there a couple of times now and all staff members are always so willing to help you and are very kind. Can’t recommend this place enough!
