Laura does a good job on my dog Basil. He seems quite happy for me to leave him in her hands, and always comes out looking lovely.

Excellent venue. I visited on a number of occasions to see dome music bands, however the emphasis is very much on musicals, theatre and dance. Even so, this is an excellent venue to cater for the majority of entertainment tastes. If I was to make one criticism, it could have to be the price of drinks...... £6 a pint.

Absolutely first class cannot fault this young lady to read out loud as if it was her own

I was only there for a 10 minute nail trim and from the get go Laura was amazing. She was great with my little one who hates getting his nails trimmed and now he feels so much better because of it. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend her. Thank you Laura from me and Archie x

Laura had a cancellation and managed to fit me in at short notice in November, due to Heidar, the Cocker Spaniel, being due an operation. What an absolutely lovely young lady. She really listened to what we wanted and did a brilliant job. Heidar was so happy with her. He is not keen on having his paws groomed, and, rather than forcing him or muzzling him, she let me know and I came at the end of his groom and distracted him while he happily let her finish trimming his paws.I am writing a late review as I thought I'd already written one, but can't find it. Unfortunately I tried to book at short notice again and Laura was , understandably booked up, so I used another highly recommended groomer. I am about to write a good review for her as well.I would feel bad if I had not left one for Laura, as she so deserves it. I will definitely be using Laura again and I would highly recommend anyone else to do the same. I will book early next time.
