Picked up my new car on 28/02/20 from Donnelly's Enniskillen. Kieran Mcgrath, sales was absolutely brilliant. He worked so hard to get me the best deal, and thank you to his manager for giving in to all my requests. His customer service was excellent he went above and beyond in making the sale stress free. Thank you Kieran and Donnelly team for such fantastic service. I will definitely be back.

Phillip is a great lad very welcoming and attentive, paddy is also a great addition to the Donnelly group team , cars always well presented and tidy yard etc .

I have had my car at this garage on many occasions and Damien always was helpful the service was top notch. Three weeks ago i called to have my car booked in for a MOT check and also that they book at take the car to the MOT center. This is a service they have provided in the past. The gentleman said no problem and that he would come back to me with a date but to give him 3 days. I never head back when I called back nobody had any recollection of my conversation. There was a poor apology offered and no real desire to offer further assistance.
