Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool in Hounslow

My niece and brother attend this nursery the staff are super friendly and have been great in helping their development!

Very good nursery and staff is very friendly and helpful.

We've recently attended the nursery for settling days and have had an extremely poor experience. I think there are serious safety and care issues with the nursery and inadequate staff to deal with the situation. The children seem fine from the outset but the type of issues which I've witnessed have made it necessary for me to leave a review.Thank you for your response. I appreciate that the matters are being dealt with but to what extent... these are serious health and safety issues, childs allergies, healthy happy children and bullying/121 behaviour for child management. My child is now scared. There are some serious concerns and when discussed again I was told it was a one of incident but thats not true as I witnessed the same issues on two separate days with different staff members. The staff generally are nice but not trained to provide child care. The admin staff is the most friendly and supportive but management needs to do more and should actively take responsibility.

I love this institution.
