Amazing company, nothing was to much trouble and Neil really helped us after my daughter was left without a car, with a hassle free transaction and by getting the car to me as quickly as possible.My daughter is thrilled with her fantastic new car and I am extremely grateful to all those at Grimsby cars Ltd for making this happen so she can finish her nursing degree .

Cowboys. Bought a used car part from us to fit into their car only to swap out the part and return us a different one. Oldest scam in the book. What kind of dealership buys used parts for their cars? Do you not care about your customers safety? Is your business model is to buy a cheap ringer, fit 2nd hand car parts and sell the car? I wonder where else you cut costs.

I Recently purchased an Evoque from this garage and even although I stayed several hundred miles away from the dealership the salesman Ryan gave a fantastic customer service experience.From the initial contact up to and including the point of delivery he did everything in his power to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.The delivery driver Paul deserves to be complemented on the service he also provided, he kept me updated with the time of delivery and his cheery and helpful disposition made everything run smoothly.I'd highly recommend this garage to any of my friends and family.

Ryan went above and beyond when buying my partners first car! From the start until the end -which was only a week- he has been absolutely amazing and answered all our questions when needed! When we viewed the car it has a few imperfections and Ryan assured us these would be taken care of and when we picked the car up we couldn't notice anything we did previously! We can't thank him enough for the easy process of buying the car and we would recommend this company to anyone!!

Neil has gone above and beyond to help with our purchase and trade in. Having absolutely no experience in trade in and exchange of private plates Neil took care of it all and kept me right. From the videos of the car and the updates on the service etc it’s all been first class! Then Sion delivered our car 8.5 hours away in the Highlands, he delivered it in immaculate condition - even cleaning it again after the journey! What a lovely guy, he gave me the full tour of the car and showed me how to work all the gadgets and shifting seats etc! So helpful both of the guys and honestly would 110% recommend Grimsby Cars to anyone and everyone looking for their next car!

This garage is difficult to work with, untrustworthy and borderline incompetent.We picked our car up just before Christmas and after having an inspection on it found a large list of faults and issues. Some of which we had mentioned to the garage before collecting but we’re told that it was fine.We were told a service had been done before collecting the car. This was the absolute bare minimum and wouldn’t even call it a service, they left a knackered filter in the car and managed to overfill the car with oil.It failed the MOT that the garage did on it and no one even bothered to tell us this (this is something that would have affected our decision to have the car). The repair done to make it pass an MOT was a bodged job with a cable tie.We weren’t told until after paying that the garage only had 1 key for the car and that someone else had the spare key. Something that definitely would have affected our decision to buy the carWe took the car back to have the faults fixed. The garage had the car for close to 2 months to do some pretty minor repairs and despite frequently being told they would keep me updated on what was happening I would hear nothing until I emailed again and quite often they would ignore certain questions that I had asked.The garage refused to do necessary work purely based on the cost of parts and have just been overall difficult to work with.Also found that despite mentioning and making them aware that the oil was overfilled last time, when redoing the service they have overfilled it again! Which could cause some serious damage to the engine. That no doubt we would have had to pay for.The garage was adamant that the tracking was fine and didn’t need doing which is a load of rubbish as we have now taken it elsewhere and seen just how bad the tracking was out.We’re just waiting on another inspection to ensure the other work hasn’t been completed to the same disgustingly poor standardSo unhappy with the service we received. I definitely would not recommend them at all.

The place was great nice and clean and staff very welcoming. Bought my car from them and it’s the best thing ever I love my car. Neil was a really lovely guy he sold me my car. Can’t thank them enough
