Picked up my car today after the repair. Did all the repairs ( even the ones which I was not aware of ) so professionally and shined my car so perfectly. I never loved my car so much before giving to these guys.Their customer service is to next level.Wonderful experience

After handing my car over to DB Autos, it was returned to me a few days later with the chrome strip on the door not secured correctly. I returned the car the next day, the asst manager was apologetic regarding the outstanding work. I was told I’d receive a free tank of fuel as compensation for the poor quality of work and I’d have the car back the same day. It took over a week before I got the car back and I never received the free tank of fuel, really disappointed with the service and being messed about.

Phoned today on our way to Cheltenham. Had the car repaired last year after extensive door damage. Electrical fault appeared recently to the same door We were told to bring our car in straight away. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, lent us a courtesy car to continue our shopping trip and on our return the car was fixed and had been cleaned inside and out. Danny and his team really do go the extra mile and their service is second to none. Would always use and recommend this company in the future. Thank you so much. We received a call from DB Autos within hours of reporting to our insurer, knowing we were a bit stuck without a car they collected our vehicle and delivered a courtesy car within a few days.The repair carried out by the team and care taken is just amazing, it’s just like a new car!
