Store has moved to a new position in the hounds hill, friendly courteous staff. Disabled access and a wide range of clothing. Costa is nearby which has also been refurbished to a good start.

Love River they always have something different. Stock moves so quickly. They do not have lot's of the same thing. Also their Jean's are amazing. Love it.

Fantastic customer service, i had to return an item due to wrong size but didn't have my receipt, i phoned the store and was advised that they could trace the purchase, after popping into the store i was served by a lovely friendly lady called josie, she was amazing and very helpful from start to finish, thankyou so much josie you were a star.

To expensive for young people to afford quality miserable ~ music loud and disgusting for the young mind, you could if you really tried make the environment of your shops a happy and memorable experience then the whole family would venture in possibly fill your pockets with even more money money, I don't mean to offend anyone but you know I'm right so sit quietly and think of the big picture because it all starts with YOU.

My favourite shop of all time. Love this place. Clothing always hung on hangers not on the floor(like primark). Not overly Expensive and lasting quality items sizes are great im always in the mens section and ataff allow me to use fitting rooms there so i dont have to go back downstairs with the clothing i want. Kids section always has bargains. Staff friendly and helpful everytime ive been. I take my time browsing and no one stands there watching me or making me feel arkward its a pleasant experience

Had an issue returning an item as was asked when buying if I wanted w paper receipt or email, when trying to return the person had out my email in wrong so would not aknowledge my return ☹️Not very helpful at all , went back twice hoping to get help but I the end spoke to head office who advised . Went back a 3rd time and this time hit great customer service by Chris , what a great guy , not sure if he is a manager ? But should be , really listened , not like the females previously, found my purchases and refunded me , I will not be getting my receipt by email again . “ thank you Chris “
