Staff on the whole were polite and friendly. The don't know if the Costa there is under the Odeon name or the Costa one but they should probably not have a private conversation whilst customers are there as it doesn't give a good environment for the first bit a potential customer will see.

This is one of the worst cinema I have been to. The staff don't know the system. Each time I go there something is wrong. Also I had to let the manager know the cinema room was not clean. Food allover the floor and stuff on the floor. Very dirty also the bathrooms are very small terrible. Avoid if you can.

Just was not worth the expensive price.One of the staff members left their radio in the screen which kept making noise during the film so I went to let them know and they couldn't even bother to apologise which was quite unprofessional.It was cold and lights weren't off properly during the film.Just not a great experience when paying over £30 for two tickets.

Just gone in to watch a film and it wasn't even cleaned. Had to move the cups our self. And it smells bad too. I do not recommend!

Seems in need of a refurbished. Haven't been since my teens and looked a bit worn down.Could do with recliner seats like Vue, is a bit of a downgrade compared, not very comfy and not much leg room at all.The film was great though!

You can pay for popcorn and soft drinks when ordering online now. And nobody was checking tickets, which is good because it is always awkward getting your phone out when carrying popcorn and a drink.However, the row letters and steps were not illuminated. This made it difficult to find seating when we arrived a little late. The chairs could be more comfortable.

Staff were very helpful providing a refund when the poor online booking system failed. I found the premium seats too low, and couldn't get comfortable. The cost is very high compared to renting a movie online
