Elaine is a fantastic masseuse. I went to relieve tension and got much more than I expected Including learning about the body, different muscle areas, areas of tension and suggestions of different stretches to help me continue to release the tension.I will certainly be going back to Elaine and will recommend her to all my friends and family.

I can't rate this gym highly enough. I've been a regular for over 2 years and wouldn't dream of training anywhere else.

I've spent many hours with osteopaths and massage therapists over the last three decades. Elaine Howard, Remedial/Sports Therapist at Kinetic Energy Studios, is absolutely first-rate. I recently had one of the best and most effective treatments I have ever received over the years, from her. Elaine is warm, professional, and she is instinctive as well as highly knowledgeable in the way she conducted my treatment. HIghly recommended.
