Lovely shop with friendly staff and a good selection of flowers, sadly my requirements so far have been sad but I aim to return to get a happy selection and my be stay for coffee while I'm there.

I had the most amazing unexpected experience today. After months of driving past this Florist shop and not having enough time to stop, I am so glad I did! Went in to originally buy a Christmas Wreath but was stunned by the festive flowers and atmosphere inside and then…. The coffee and cake bar! So I decided that me and the family should stay for food. The menu was brilliant, savoury options to include Cheese trays and Camembert with bread and Prosecco.The staff and owner Frankie are so lovely and I genuinely feel like I’ve found such a treat of a Florist to have in Rochester. Choices of flowers and plants and food and drink was brilliant and everything fairly priced. Can’t wait to go back! X

Flowers by Frankie were wonderful when it came to making the flowers for my mum's recent funeral. I spoke to Tracy who was very sympathetic & took into account that my Dad wanted to come into shop, whilst I & others couldn't. She even gave me her number to liase with her. My Dad & other family felt very comfortable ordering in the shop & the staff were lovely. The flowers were amazing, just beautiful & natural looking. My mum would have lived them. All important too was that the price was very reasonable. With so many costs associated with a funeral it was great that people could afford a lovely display without oaying £100's . Many thanks to All the staff . Would definitely recommend them.
