Nice room and very clean.Letting the cat in and seeing it wander around freely was a bit disconcerting.

The location is great and the room was clean. Bed small and linens odd for a bnb. Despite many signs indicating that this was a no smoking venue, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the house from the start. The man who opened the door for me absolutely reeked of it, and he gave poor advice as to where we could legally park our car. I never saw him again for the stay. Fiona showed us our room and it was ok but also smelled of cigarettes. We left our bags and went straight out again and when we came back later to sleep, the smell was worse. We struggled to breathe as the window did not open very much and sleep was intermittent. We left at 7 the next morning. No breakfast was offered. My clothes I wore in the room still smelled the next day/night. i sent an email providing feedback with no response from the owner. Do not stay here if you cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. It is a very unhealthy place to stay.

Location is very central and right on the river.Room was large but a bit dated and cluttered.Hosts were polite and helpful, although being asked the night before to decide on whether I wanted a cooked breakfast and what items I wanted was a little strange.Check in (4pm) and out (10am) are extreme compared to other places.

It's such a cute place. The owner is so nice. I could not have been more comfortable. Best sleep in a long time.

Spacious rooms with old school design decently clean, nice simple breakfast. However the strong cigarette smell made the stay very uncomfortable. The room was no smoking with the sign. However, the strong smell felt like was coming from the corridor from under the door.

Nice old home fixed up for guests - exactly what you envision a B&B to be. Breakfast we very good and the two little old ladies managing and cooking were super friendly. Very convenient to walk to downtown Inverness from here. A little bit loud on weekend nights.

Terrible experience. We took 2 rooms there and imediately smelled the terrible cigarettes stink. The rooms are weird with an oldish like design. Bed is uncomfortable and dirty. Just dont go there.. There are plenty of lovely, good priced hotels and guesthouses in Inverness.

have stayed here be4re in 12 for runrig at the nothern meeting park(just opposite)&fionas hubby washed&dried my clothes for me as it was uery wet&muddy that night!!,,stayed there last night as we went to see mary duff at eden court(2mins down the road) fiona is a GEM&COULDNT BE MORE HELPFUL!!!...would highly recocmend this guest house as the hospitalaty that you recieve is 2nd to none definatly stay there again!!!!
