Terrible terrible company avoid like the plague, can never get any sense ignore all emails still waiting for refund, been on to ebay who are trying to resolve it, if you want to give your money away then deal with this company

I deliver parcels (that I am paid 40 pence each) these toe rags sellotaped 5 parcels together and stuck 1 label on so they only have to pay for 1...it is the delivery guy you are screwing.Absolute gangsters.

great serviceOrdered a wall light on a Wednesday evening which arrived within 48hrs at 2pm on a Friday- but glass broken. Contacted them by email as phone lines not manned due to Covid. They had sent a new one by 4pm on Friday -to arrive Monday. Great service. Beautiful wall light- copper bulkhead. Ordered from valuelights which is owned by LSE

Bought some lights which have proven to be cheap and nasty. Impossible to get support as they think their staff can catch Covid from a phone call so only emails are accepted. Wrong, I've sent them an email from 3 different email addresses and each one has been returned as not on their senders list. One was from gmail. Only option is to send the lights back. Very disappointing, no wonder they've got a poor rating. Go bust, pack up and leave it to a more reputable company to save wasting people's time and effort.

I bought a tube lamp and everything was in the packaging but the whole lamp was broken but the motor still worked but the tube was broken and I tried to call them but no one even replied and I tried sending an email do not trust this company

What a dreadful firmThe floor lamp arrived in bitsMake your own lampshade by joining velcro together. Cheap tacky and the actual lamp is impossible to assemble. Inadequate instructions .Load of rubbish.The customer service (joke) number is obselete.Avoid this company like the plague
