Excellent customer service from Amelia, trying to help me resolve an ongoing issue I've been having, that Sky head office have been unable to sort out. Even though it was outside her remit, she did her very best to help.

If you might have noticed, this store is always empty. Don’t bothering walking into one, as the employees will walk away from you before you ask them any questions, forget getting answered one. One of the most horrible experiences ever in a sky store. I am already a sky customer and they were just not bothered helping me out or answering my simple queries. I walked into the store because I couldn’t get my questions answered online. Apparently they had only two default answers. “Manager is not here” & “You have to look up that online.” What’s the point of having a store if they can’t help or even try.

Went today at 6.30pm. The door had the opening and closing times on and stated it would close at 8pm. The door was locked and the man said they were closed. I have just got a mobile with you and needed a hand with my sky SIM card. Not very happy as I had made my way into the city centre to visit a shop.

I went into the Sky shop in Leeds Trinity today as I was having problems with my Sky mobile SIM card connecting to a new phone. A very helpful employee called Alex was able to sort out my issue, even though she declared she was not a technician! She was extremely friendly and polite and was a credit to SKY !

The guy who served me was amazing. Am so sorry if I get the name wrong, I think it was Jay. He put me at ease and explained everything really clearly.

Firstly, I’ve been with Sky many years ago and at that time their broadband never delivered the speeds I needed. But the world has changed and providers must now deliver what they advertise. So having been with Virgin Media for many years, their service has not been that great for sometime and now they are imposing new and unreasonable pricing terms which I just can’t accept. So I went to the Sky Store in Trinity, Leeds to seek a replacement.Jay introduced himself and then I spent the next 90 minutes deciding on what was going to best for me. I’m not the easiest of people, quibbling over everything but Jay was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. In the end I agreed on a package, which was about the same I was paying to Virgin Media but I was going get so much more for my money! I was very happy.Jay was brilliant, I thoroughly recommend him
