Very friendly, not pushy at all, Emily was able to answer all the questions I asked, so I came away with a very nice Mini.

Only gave 1 star as couldn't give none. Terrible service. Bought my mini from them 6 years ago, had it serviced and mot'd there every year since then. Hit me with a bill over 2k for repairs on the last mot. I asked how when you've been servicing it and mot for last 5 years have all these jobs come up at once? Took it to another garage, it cost me £68.Beware of their inflated prices!!

Overall a great place but the staff need to sort out their mask wearing. There is a sign by the entrance that says masks required but when you go in masked yourself you discover that barely any staff actually wear masks and those that do, wear them as chin hammocks. However, the staff are very pleasant and the phones get answered quickly if you need to book your car in.

I wish to commend Oli and Sam. What a refreshing experience. So helpful and informative. Everything was stress free and professional from the moment i made my initial enquiry to when i visited the showroom. Really hope we can find the right car.Guys, keep doing what you do-pleasure to deal with.

I cancelled order due to bad snow.I then emailed a few times to request re-purchase but was ignored. I don't know why they couldn't just answer my email & inform me they don't wish to sell again?Also I was informed that the MOT had been done on the Friday. Yet it still was not showing on government website a couple of days later so why was I lied to?I accept I originally cancelled my order but when I re -ordered & sent them two thirds of the money 3 days before collection to demonstrate my commitment they decided to remove the full tank of gas from the deal, they'd already removed the 24 month warrantee - WHY?I'm happy that the owner has responded & stated he'd like to provide a satisfactory resolution. If this is truly the case please email me or phone. I have tried you today by phone & emailed the salesperson.
