Lauren truly helped bring our dream wedding to life, and we are so incredibly grateful to her and the Bluebird Creative team. We were planning our wedding from NYC and so we needed someone who was easy to communicate with, quickly picked up on our vision, and who we trusted to make sure our wedding day unfolded smoothly. Lauren exceeded every expectation- she is so creative, has a serious eye for aesthetics, and left no detail unturned. Having her as our primary point person made a world of difference; from timings, transitions, decor, and last minute changes, she handled it all. We were able to hand off everything to her in advance and she took it from there. Last minute changes always come up, and having her to manage all the moving parts (vs communicating directly with a ton of different vendors) truly saved my sanity. Several of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran, and how seamless the day was - all of which is a testament to Lauren’s expertise. I cannot recommend Lauren enough as a wedding planner or coordinator— it’s an investment that you will reap the benefits from. She is an expert at what she does and working with her made a world of difference for our big day. Thank you again Lauren!

We booked Bluebird Creative for their on the day service with the six week lead up prep and it was one of the best decisions we made in the whole wedding planning process! Our assigned coordinator was Coco and she was such a massive help from start to finish. We had no stresses on the day and were able to enjoy all of our day and this was mostly down to the Bluebird team, Coco and Nina. Would 100% recommend!

We worked with Bluebird Creative for our wedding in July 2023 and it was the best decision we made! We had a single consultation with Lauren to discuss design for the day, which was so helpful. Coco provided the most incredible wedding coordination - her expertise and organisation was truly indispensable. The day was incredible and we can't thank Bluebird Creative enough!

We were so happy to find that Lauren and her team were available to do full coordination for our wedding. From helping us with our timeline to fixing the issue of the hotel getting our menu mixed up on the day, Lauren and her team were a key part to making our day incredibly special. The details such as ensuring we had a couple extra slices of cake left or taking my veil and bouquet back to our room meant that we, and our family, could fully enjoy the day. We had so many guests comment on what an amazing job Bluebird did and how lovely they were. We’d highly recommend Bluebird!

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her and it took so much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that everything was going just the way we wanted it and no problem was too big for her! We hired Bluebird Creative to be our coordinators on the day of our wedding and they were simply amazing. From the moment of our first contact, they listened, fully grasped my (very particular) vision and, to our amazement, enhanced it on the day beyond our wildest expectations. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!).Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality!Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! It was such a joy working with Lauren throughout the build up to our wedding day as our wedding coordinator. Lauren and her team were amazing! We honestly believe that the money we spent on Lauren's coordination services was the best money we spent as part of the wedding. We had so many comments from our guests about how brilliant she was and everything ran so smoothly. We loved getting to know her in the lead up and everything was so organised and seamless.
