Jack and Jill are a friendly local team highly recommended for small to medium sized removal jobs. They do more than get you from A to B. Moving my father to a local care home, they took all the ornamental trees he had grown for him and did a super job.

Ian’s customer service was great as he came in person to view the property to provide a quote rather than some other companies wanting photos / floor plans emailed to them. Call me old fashioned but this is the type of service I’d expect when moving personal possessions.On the day of the move the team were prompt, polite and efficient and everything went very smoothly.I would highly recommend them as they made a potentially stressful situation stress free.Ian said we are moving lives and not just possessions which I think sums up their commitment to doing a superb job with great customer service.Thanks Ian and team. Ian was super accommodating to schedule our booking with our last minute completion date and his response times on emails is great.On moving day, Richard and the team were super friendly and professional. The service was 5 star and I couldn't fault it. So glad we decided to use a proper removal company as it made the process much easier and enjoyable for us.

The date we expected to get the keys to our new house changed 5 times! As a result so did the removals date. Ian from Jack & Jill's was always helpful and flexible when discussing options and issues caused by the changes. On the day, he and his team were at all times friendly, courteous, helpful, and above all very efficient!! As removals go, we were relatively small, and local, but nonetheless in 4.45 hours he and his team had got everything out of our old house and into the new - significantly faster than we expected. We don't intend to move again (!), but if we do Jack & Jill's would be the team we would choose. They played their part in helping us feel at home in our brand new home quicker than we expected.

We last moved house 25 years ago, and we were dreading this latest move. However, we couldn’t have wished for a better experience than we received from Jack & Jill Removals. Incredible service from initial enquiry to the move itself. Courteous, friendly, almost unbelievably efficient, extremely careful - couldn’t fault them. Genuinely nice people to deal with.

Jack and Jills are simply the best! We have used them twice. The first time was in the middle of the worst winter in years (2010), and how they managed to keep going through the snow and ice still amazes us. They even spent time pushing our cars when we got stuck.Recently (September 2020) we used Jack and Jills to re-locate us to North Yorkshire. Ian, Ash and Rich arrived bang on time and set to work in a very professional manner. These guys know what they are doing and it was so reassuring to have them helping us during what is naturally a stressful situation. They really do reduce your stress, as they are so calm and easy going. No problem is too big or too difficult to solve.Ian, Ash and Rich were also friendly and have a great sense of humour; so easy going and great to get along with. Karen was also really helpful with phone call and e-mails, answering things promptly. We are so grateful to Jack and Jills...they really are fantastic.
