the lady working in the changing room on Sundays was lazy. She treated me like her employee, not a customer. She told me to hang things on hangers before she took them from me, and when the hanger fell under her feet, she told me to pick it up from the floor. I felt like I was at work and not on pleasant shopping. I'm always happy to help people, but not when I feel so pressured

Worse management,I bought a long coat and didn't check the belt, when came to refund or change.They don't cooperate.Just wasted money but that was my last time to shop in Primark slough.

Good levels of stock, displayed well and plenty of helpful staff. Plenty of relatively cheap parking.For new visitors please note the PayStation for parking is just next to the lifts outside Primark. I had to come down from level 2 to pay. Parking is ticket less, number plate recognition system.

I used to come to Primark to get all of my jeans and leggings however since they've installed the card only self service, there is only ever one person serving on tills. Haven't really come here since this change which is a shame as there are some really good bargains. Could have more variety with baby clothes.

Worst primark to visit..Zero stars should be an option. Refuse to refund item had tags and receipt . Poor customer service by JACKIE no smile, no greeting the customers ,very rude, not helpful .Such member of staff shouldn't be allowed on tills . Primark slough high street really needs to teach and train their staff to treat their customers with respect . I am bringing this behaviour to your attention because your staff are turning away from helping customers just to have an easy day. But are giving your company a very bad reputation for poor customer service
