Lovely vets in a convenient location. Friendly vets who aren't out to sell you things you don't need, treated my cat very professionally. Highly recommend.

Great with my dogs. A lot more convenient having a branch a lot more local to me. Vets and reception staff are always lovely.

We were on holiday and needed treatment for our cat at short notice. The staff we spoke to initially on the phone were excellent. They managed to book us in at Minster vets and took details of our usual vets to get notes prior to our arrival.The lady on reception and vet we saw, (Catherine i think), were fabulous. The vet was great both with us and our cat. She was reassuring, professional and thorough.A huge thank you to all for their excellent help and service.

Not a experience l would like to go through again.some Staff try too hard to please , which backfires , leaving someone else to mop up.
