Warhammer

I am new to the hobby and needed some guidance to start an army. I came to the shop this morning and the staff was incredibly helpful! Trent spent some time with me explaining everything and I ended up buying a starting set and some paints. He was very knowledgeable and fun, I am definitely coming back. 10/10

I took my SEN son in today and the manager Kieran was very helpful and managed to get him interested and engaged. Really friendly great service

what an amazing experience, getting back in to the hobby after 10+ years away. I could not of asked for a better person to help me then the store manager kieron, He took his time and together we got everything I needed to get back to building and painting many thanks.

Kieron was a great help and gave us lots of advice and support, went in today for a model painting tutorial. Was good fun, the manager showed us techniques and was great company throughout.

Went in today with my partner. Was in there there hour and only brought paint. The manager was so friendly and welcoming and had a real passion for the hobby. Would absolutely recommend of visiting Southend to pop in. The best warhammer store I have ever been too.

Excellent customer service!Myself and my son are new to warhammer. We popped into the shop not knowing anything. Kieron the manager spent over an hour explaining everything to us, how the game works and lots of different options to start playing. There was no pressure to buy and he shared his genuine love and enthusiasm for the game. We came away hooked and excited to start playing.We have since been back many times and Kieron has taught us so much about the warhammer ranging from painting lessons, tactics, rules, different factions, how to build our army and so much more.We can wholeheartedly recommended Kieron, the southend store and the world of warhammer.

I mean the hobby and brand are fantastic so I'm just reviewing the shop.The store manager is a helpful guy like they all are, and the person who has covered the shop in his absence has also been lovely.Only knocking a star off because of the pressure put on customers to order through the store and the sort of ribbing you get if you collect an order you placed online at home, but to be clear this is not the staff's fault and an issue with the way the company attribute those sales to the store (or don't)

Been here 3 times in 4 days as complete newbie’s. Kieran, you were helpful and energetic when explaining things to us. You have advised and guided us so much. You went out of your way to be patient and helpful when teaching us to not only play but also how to paint as we are just beginners. You will be seeing a lot more of us for sure.

Only came into town because you were apparently open, talk about a wasted journey! Update your opening hours!Came into town yesterday (Saturday 4th March) for the sole purpose of coming to your shop, as I work 5 days a week and can't during the week, as again you were supposed to be open. And again, you were not because you can't be bothered to actually open up shop when you're meant to!I'd planned on spending upwards of £200, but instead I've now spent it at Wayland Games. I tried to call your store to at least find out WHEN you would be open, but again, no answer! I've gotten in touch with head office, because quite frankly, you're losing money to your competitors. Also, I hope you understand that other local shops out and out joke about how you only open when you feel like it.
