Service is really bad and disappointing. We moved out in September but can’t get back our deposit(at the end of Nov). We emailed and called the agency for thousand times. They kept ignoring our concern.

I drove from London to Birmingham to view a property only for them to not turn up and not answer any phone calls. This is ridiculous as a professional letting agency, especially since we let them know that we were coming from London. When we went to their office they said they had let the property despite still arranging viewing and not cancelling them.

They have quite an impressive team, Logan was my agent, he kept me up to date with the progress of the property I was interested. And arranged and advised me on my concerns. While Elton, has always been optimistic of my application though I had some issues along the way. They definitely go the extra mile and are compassionate in helping people out. Kudos!!!
