Sales person we spoke to was very professional polite knowledgeable & helpful, giving us advice when required. It is a calm & relaxed atmosphere. There is no pressure put on you at all to purchase a vehicle. I would definately recommend this dealership to family friends & colleagues.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Got a phone call to say my car is ready for collection after a service. Got told to take a seat while they ready the paperwork. Just over an hour waiting for paperwork with no update or interaction from staff. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately this is the only VW service in my area and has really put me off buying another VW.

Place is a rip off came up from devon on holiday. And my wheel bearing started to wear out and make a noisy rumble so drop in to vw to see if they could help I knew what the problem was so ask if they could give me a price on doing the wheel bearin I was told £100 for them to drive it to make sure it was the bearing and then £512 to do the job this was only for 2 hours labor and were getting the parts from local motor factors euro parts I imagine total price would have been about £735 with v.a.t for a wheel bearing local garage 289 job done

Hope I have the right outlet. Just want to mention the wonderful assistance and reassurance that we got from Davy Shaw on the 25/5/23.Dirty sensors caused alarm to trigger and loss of Sat. Nav.added to our distress on our first of 10 days in Scotland in our 2 years old Skoda Karoq.Many thanks to David and all the very helpful and professional staff who assisted us that day.We had a great time in Scotland and are back home safe in Dublin.
