If I could give 0 I would. Quite possibly the worst solicitors I have ever come across! Lucy holgate in particular is rude, obnoxious and no empathy when dealing with sensitive cases. when I calmly told her on the phone she was unhelpful and other solicitors I had called before them were really helpful she told me I was violently threatening her despite not raising my voice or making any threats. Avoid like the plague and run for the hills.

Sharon Spicer was excellent acting for us when completing our new home purchase. Really helpful at all times & I will certainly use Sanderson again in the future.

This company did the conveyancing for my my wife before we met in 2015 when she bought a new apartment. She had no idea that in less than 3 years the house would become unmortgageable. It has caused huge amounts of stress over the past 2 years. The apartment was bought with a help to buy equity loan and is now 5 years old. We cannot pay off the equity loan as the house price has dropped by over 40% according to our surveyor so almost 8 months into redemption they still won't take our money. We are now stuck with an apartment we don't want, a hefty loan with the money stuck in our bank and help to buy demanding interest payments when it should have been paid off. A good solicitor would have protected her from this and it should have easily been foreseeable by an actual expert. Please avoid.

Easily the best conveyancer firm i have used in my many years of property investment. I started off with Sharon but seems to be using Geoff more and more now because of LTD company purchase. They are very responsive and the whole process of buying and selling house is very straightforward

I have been delaying leaving a review for a while and it has been eating away at me, so here it goes: I cannot recommend Sandersons solicitors enough, they have been plain amazing.Last year we were going through a sale which should have been easy, but ended up involving in a roundabout way 3 solicitor companies, one of which was Sandersons.Sandersons were BY A MILLION LIGHTYEARS better than the other parties and were the reliable support we desperately needed. The deal almost didn't go through due to timing and mistakes on lender's side, however Sandersons were there to support with knowledge and experience and basically coached us through the whole situation.A special and astronomical shout out to Sharon Spicer, who is an absolute gem of a person and I just wish I would have left this review sooner.My only negative is that the feedback form is in paper, which I was delaying sending out - if this was digital I would have given a 10 out of 10 on everything. The amount of gratitude I have for these people is just too big to hold in.
