Very disappointed today with the Bournemouth Battery Centre. I've used them in the last few years to replace batteries in several vehicles and always been pleased with the Service.However, today I returned a battery within the guarantee period and received a dismissive we don't sell them anymore

I don't often write a review but thought Bournemouth Battery Centre were excellent today. I got a quote over the phone for a replacement and fit of new battery on Transit Connect van. Not only was it replaced promptly and professionally but it was slightly cheaper than the quote over the phone. Shout out to Charlie, great job!!

I had a serious issue with my battery in my car.Although they were extremely busy they saw me the same day and Charlie was quick efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this buisness. Ask for Charlie hes amazing. (Although all the guys are fab)

Popped in today as had problem with car battery. The guys checked instantly and could see battery only had 48% capacity.Gave me a price!!! which was excellent.changed it for me straight away.and I was back on the road within 10 minutes.Highly recommend these guys .Thankyou all so much.Fantastic service.!!!!!!.

Quoted me for battery over the phone then put the price up by £50 on collection. They where really busy so I'd already agreed to remove the battery myself out side the shop. No apology and only too happy to waste my time

Excellent service and prices. Just had a new battery installed on my Aston V8 vantage. Not a quick fit but absolutely no problem to these gents. Very friendly team highly recommended. Ignore mr mobility scooter man review. These are gents not tossers. Some folk can’t help themselves.
