Cutie Nails

Should not have walked through the door but had booked an 'appointment '.Rude, always talking in a foreign language between staff. Looked unprofessional and dirty. Huffy man didn't like when I changed my mind but talked to another woman ('CHOOSE COLOUR NOW!') before shouting at me to sit in the next chair!I now have an INFECTED FINGER. ANTIBIOTICS PRESCRIPTION ETC. No response to phone complaint or WhatsApp photos of my infection. £60 down the drain 2 days before my daughter's wedding....

I used to go there all the time. It was pretty good. Unfortunately the last time I used their service, the lady drilled (only use shellac so should be soaked off really) my nails so much that the gel she put on them afterwards lasted only a few hours. The nails broke straight away (i usually have very strong nails). Now my nails are trying to grow back but are breaking even before growing. It's very painful and affects my work. Avoid at any cost !

Very rude man! Didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. Asked for a pedicure and all he did was file my nails and my skin and painted them. Charged me £25 and I left the shop with my toe nails filed down to my skins and very sore and wonky

They were really rude took over an hour and half I asked for pink nail tips me and my sister honestly I can't explain it on this message but I have a picture and was not happy with them even tho I did tell them but they just did not listen and they threatened to call the police I paid full amount for scruffy and un even nails my sister made them aware I am partly deaf and couldn't hear properly but because I had no hearing aid on they didn't belive what my sister told them etc honestly I tried to tell them I was not happy with my nails qnd they did not listen and made me pay or they call police

Wanted to get my nails done while I was visiting Folkestone, however this was easily the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Experience in the salon was very disappointing (waiting time and poor hygiene — the tools were not sanitised), manicure was carried out badly, and the results lasted less than 24 hours before the polish began to flake off. Decided to take it all off within 48 hours because it looked so bad. Total waste of time and money.

I had a pedicure at Cutie nails which was within 10 minutes walk from the view hotel where I stayed. I was happy with the service. R weeks later and my tie nails look as good as the day they were done

I have been here quite a few times as it is almost opposite where I work. I went on to get a pedicure and my toe nails painted. I always feel a bit uncomfortable in these places as the people who work there just talk away in their own language and you just never know what they are saying! I was told that my nails would take 30 mins to dry. At just about 30 mins I was told they needed another 10 mins by one lady and then 5 mins later another lady checked them and said they were done. When I got back to work to show a colleague the mail barn in was all over the inside of my shoes and had smudged really badly! I went back in and was very careful not to make a big point as there were other customers in there; I just quietly showed a lady my toes. I arranged ti go back the next day and agreed to bring my own flip flops with me. When I went back they re applied the varnish quite quickly but left me sitting there for well over an hour!!!!! No one was ever looking in my direction when I tried to get their attention and I was getting more and more annoyed that no one at all was coming over to check my toes. Eventually I interrupted a man hoovering and he laughed when I told him how long I had been sitting there !! Disgusting service!! I have done absolutely nothing wrong and feel like I have been treated badly. On principal I will never ever go back there again !!

Lovely staff and a great service, Cutie always look after me and my nails are lovely

Firstly greeted by a friendly girl who chatted to me and got me 2 seats for my friend and I to sit together. Showed another girl a photo of what I wanted. Waited 45 minutes with acetone on my nails. Asked to move from the empty nail bars to separate seats by 2 different girls. This one wouldn’t colour match me, over filed my nails and wouldn’t accept responsibility, only painted 1 layer of shellac and was rude and dismissive after I asked her to be more gentle with me, which is not exactly a hardship. What’s worse is it felt personal, she was overly nice to the lady sat next to me but was extremely cold with me. The look on her face said it all. No communication or hand overs between them, you get passed about and now my nails are ruined. I could not wait to get out of there. Avoid, I will never use this shop again.

absolutely awful experience. Constantly kept filing my toe nails after I repeatedly asked him not to as it was hurting me. I had asked for a pedicure and he had only filed and painted my toes and then asked me to pay 25£. As a regular here I have never had a problem but definitely wouldn’t go here again.
