Uppermill Civic Hall
Visited here for the local market a few months back.The building inside has a lot of character and is bigger than you might think.It feels a little trapped in time but I think it adds to the charm of the place.Worth a visit.

Uppermill Civic Hall
Went to see tribute band to Fleetwood Mac, at Upper Mill Civic Hall. 5th time of seeing them so brilliant band but worse venue I have ever been to. Far too hot, little or no ventilation. Queues for warm tins of beer were ridiculous. Not great acoustics so won’t be going to this venue again to watch a band. The two stars is deserving.

I visited this hall a few weeks ago to see Martin Kemp and it was excellent. I agree with the previous review that the building is looking a little tired inside though.

Uppermill Civic Hall
We hosted my sister's baby shower here and the space available to us was amazing. They mentioned a kitchen was available with the space and it turned out to be a professional kitchen enough for an army of chefs. The lady that helped us on the day was very helpful and let us in early and helped clear up at the end.Very impressed and loved that we could just bring our own supplies.

Great show last night. Such a shame that you charge £15 for a rubbish bottle of wine.Prosecco was just the same! £4 for a can of Carlsberg which probably only cost £1! I understand you need to make money but that’s scandalous!! Will put me off going again.
