This place is perfect, my mother in law was in need of a proper electric assisted chair to ease getting in and out of, Carol has the knowledge of an expert, she had the patience of a saint and helped us all through the process, and made it very simple, she was diligent in measuring correctly so the chair would be perfect, we agreed on the colour, material and ordered, the delivery date was weeks away but it did arrive early my my maw loves it, it is perfect, thanks very much for all the help Carol and her team of deliverers, manufacturers too, thanks folks, a brilliant service from start to finish and great aftercare too, thanks for the extra foam. The lady on the phone was super helpful in reserving a pair of comfortable heel protectors for my elderly Dad to wear when ill in bed. She even offered to stay behind as the store was closing in 20 minutes at Hogmanay. Thanks you for excellent service.
