I've been going to Maho for several years now, both for relaxation massages and treatment to alleviate sports-related injuries. Thorough and attentive, Maho takes a holistic approach, working to identify the root cause of any issue as she's doing the treatment - and she'll always suggest further exercises to help. Plus, there's the added bonus of acupuncture, if needed. I always leave relaxed and feeling more balanced. Highly recommend Maho!

Maho has really helped ease stiffness and pain that have come about since working at home. She is very knowledgeable and considerate and I would highly recommend her. The initial shoulder and neck pain has eased through her treatment but I continue to see her once a month to promote ongoing flexibility and well-being.

A combination of her massage and dry needling has been so beneficial to my body health, range of movement, and general posture. Additionally, Maho has helped with long-standing chronic pain I have in my hand and wrist following a bone break I had over 30 years ago that has persistently caused me discomfort. She is kind, thoughtful, calming and professional - she truly is exceptional!

The massages I have received from Maho to relieve pain and tension in my neck and shoulders have been excellent. She is so knowledgeable and has given me lots of good advice on stretches and exercises to do at home when I am not able to visit her. And a lovely person too, she puts you at ease straight away.  I recommend her highly.
