Under difficult circumstances we were made to feel very comfortable and everything was explained for how things would happen for the funeral, Steph kept in touch at all times and updated us if anything required our attention, Steph was very easy to get on with and made you feel at ease when discussing things. Tony was very helpful and visited us to discuss the arrangements for the funeral and on the day everything was perfect and the send off very respectful.We would recommend Gillman Funeral Services for their help and care.Tracey

Outstanding service. I moved our business to Gillmans after being disappointed with another funeral provider in the care of our late Mother. Gillmans were great all the way through. From being down to earth when discussing needs. To engaging with my brother who is on the Autism scale (he loved Kate) and just having a heart. Just what we needed. Following the passing of a close family member, Gillman Funeral Service provided an incredible service and were absolutely brilliant when handling our request and customs. The staff are amazing and so helpful. They were instrumental in helping us say goodbye in the best way possible way under the current circumstances. Professional, Kind & Patient was what we received dealing with Gillman in Garret Lane. Especially Bella helped and guided me at a very difficult time when our young sister died. Gillman's were absolutely brilliant in organising my late Mum's funeral. They helped me find a solution to an issue I had in a professional, sympathetic manner and the funeral went without a hitch. From the wonderful Bella and her colleagues in the office, to Tony and his team who looked after me and my guests on the actual day, it was an experience in outstanding service at a time of great sadness. My Mum (bless her) told me I had to use Gillman's, as she knew she would be in safe hands, and they dealt with my late Grandparents' and Uncle's funerals, so she didn't want anyone else to do hers. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease on all of my trips to the office. Lindsay was very respectful in all aspects of her arrangements. She is friendly, polite and easy to converse with. On the day of the funeral It was a lovely respectful farewell the team had done they task superbly.
