I booked a taxi an hour in advance, but it didn't arrive at the arranged time. When I called the taxi firm to find out when the taxi was likely to come, the phone continually rang out. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided instead to walk in the rain to the location where my appointment was, but was 20 minutes late. There was no explanation from the taxi firm, no apology, no nothing. I will never use this taxi firm again.

Turned up half hour late for airport run. No call to tell us what was happening, automated reply each time I called. Doubt will use again....

Cab took over an hour to arrive. When it did, I was disgusted to see that the driver was not wearing a mask, nor was there a screen. If I hadn’t been so late , I would have declined to get into the car. I definitely won’t use them again.

I booked a cab to take me to Prestwick airport on Sunday 23rd of July 2023 for 6 am, as there are no bus nor train services at that times on Sundays but it never showed up. Tried calling them to check on my cab but there was no answer.Rubbish service.

Unfortunately not a good experience - the taxi would have arrived 20 minutes later than the time we had booked it for (we had to cancel and book another taxi service when we realised the taxi would be so late, and my friends missed their airport bus and almost missed their flight). I don’t recommend this company and hope they can improve on their communication and punctuality.

Taxi was booked for appointment hours before. Girl who answered the phone said nothing about staff shortage and then a get a text 20 mins before my taxi saying you are experiencing a driver shortage. So I now have to wait another 4 months for an appointment to get rid of my earache not amused plus a no show

Over an hour and ten minutes and still no car showed tried phone over 8 times no answer and even got my husband to phone from the house to get no answer, had to call a different firm just to get home, when I phoned to complain the cheeky female staff on the other end just said we'll don't use us again and hung up! Definitely wouldn't recommend as they are just rude and clearly don't care about the customers
