Perfectly located hotel to explore Inverness. Breakfast was a nice buffet with the fixings for an English breakfast. Staff were very attentive with any questions or help that we needed. Always greeted with a smile upon arriving or leaving. Comfortable big beds bathrooms had plenty of room, made for a 5 night stay very comfortable.

Room had plenty of space and bed was comfortable. Whole hotel was immaculately decorated and very clean. They don't clean the rooms every day unless you request it. We didn't bother as only stayed a few days but they were happy to provide clean towels when we asked. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful. We only had breakfast one day as we had a tour booked and didn't know when we would have lunch, breakfast was served from 7am so we just payed the extra £13 each to eat early. Our room had no view but I'm glad we were on the back as it was quite noisy on the street at the weekend with quite a few busy bars nearby. Location was great. Only 2 negatives were the toilet in the ensuit took several pushes of the button to flush and the TV wasn't smart TV so couldn't cast or use Netflix so take a chrome cast or firestick if you have one.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and the price does reflect this. However the cleanliness of the hotel was not luxury. There was black hair all over the duvet which I overlooked, when I went to put my rubbish in the bin in the morning I discovered the bin hadn't been changed and it was full of the previous guests rubbish. This was pretty minging. I mentioned the experience to the desk staff when i checked out and they didn't seem to bothered by it, they apologised but it didn't seem genuine.

Horrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room did not look at all like the photos online. It was small, had very little lighting, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my family, and the sheets for the sofa bed would not even stay on. Light sockets were not placed in areas that would make it easy to get ready in the morning, the side tables for the bed are ridiculously small, and there is almost no counter space in the bathroom. As others have mentioned, the toilets also take a few presses of the buttons to flush properly. The in-room amenities also left a lot to be desired. This hotel does not even provide wash cloths nor bath poufs for showering, and the soap, shampoo, and body wash provided smell unpleasant. Breakfast was pitiful in its selection, mediocre in taste, and it is an insult that the hotel charges for it. I had a far better breakfast included in my room rate at a Radisson in Edinburgh.This property is absolutely not a 3 star in quality and I would not even rate it 2 stars. It does not come close to meeting the standards of any other Radisson I’ve stayed at anywhere else in the world, and the staff were exceptionally unhelpful and in some cases outright rude. We left after a single night and moved to a different property in Inverness as a result, and the hotel still intends to charge us for the full stay including the extra charges for breakfasts that we won’t be there for. Avoid at all costs and rent a holiday apartment nearby instead. You’ll save money and get far better accommodations that way.

A good bed in an otherwise average room. The location could hardly be better, though. Walking distance to everything. We had a rental car, but we never needed to drive anywhere in the city. There are several good bars with live music very close by (but we couldn't hear the music from our room, which is important).

I stayed here for 2 nights in January 2023, I have to say that my stay throughout was outstanding. The staff were super polite to me, and the room was so comfortable & so spacious! I'll definitely come back here again whenever I visit Inverness. Simply outstanding!

Pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was. Great location. Super clean. Lovely staff. Lovely bathroom. Safe. Fridge. Very quiet too for being in the Center of town. Comfortable bed. Room temp setting that actually worked.

We truly enjoyed our stay at River Ness Hotel in Inverness! We were surprised and delighted to find that our rooms had controllable air conditioning which was a huge bonus as we had yet to find a hotel with reliable air conditioning! The room was excellent and the location was perfect to everything we wanted to see in Inverness. If we ever find ourselves in Inverness in the future we will definitely be staying here.
