Staff are not so welcoming and mostly miserable one of them just asks so many many questions and does not let you play in peace. They need to brush up on their customer service skills and not be so stuck up.

Temporarily closed allegedly, but another venue has opened just across the road in the former William Hill, so I can’t see a reason for this shop to be brought back into use.
