Knew I had a gap longer than 3 months on my CV, invited me for interview anyway, made me do all sorts of paperwork and computer assessments, called the next day to say the client" won't accept a gap longer than 3 months.... two days later I was hired by the same client with a different recruiter. 3 other people in my training group had the same experience. I don't care that they didn't want to hire me but take a little ownership

Great place to work for, always want the best for their staff.When I joined the business the role I had I did not enjoy. After informing my manager I was quickly offered something that was more suited to me.Only down fall would be no parking.

3 calls within an hour. Two to tell me I've got the job and my shift pattern. Then a third to waste 15 minutes of my life telling me that I don't have the job because I didn't include a job I had for a day in my vetting pack. Recruitment team like to follow procedure when it suits them and will offer you employment and revoke it immediately if they feel like it. The company may come across as being good to work for, because they apparently invest in their people... I've worked for them before and it's just like any other call centre. All about targets and a select few who think they're better than the rest that get the promotions.

Was asked to apply for a job but no one got back to me . Disappointed.

Really awful company. Refused my cv for an entry level position because I had been unable to work for a year due to having no childcare for my daughter.Despite the fact I have over 10 years experience in call centre, retail and customer service.Vile.

Do not recommend the treatment behind those doors are not well treated. Personal experience wasn't great women named Lori clearly didn't want to take my cv in just rushed threw the call conversation to avoid any further questions. Sent my cv again as she mentioned to reupload it she didn't bother even emailing or calling me back on further status. YOU DESERVE A -1 Star

Bad place to work. Not very helpful for those with mental health issues had to leave due to anxiety as they were not willing at all to help when I needed. My partner has worked as well and is still dealing with their horrible management. Bad pay not worth it for the stress you're under and the hoops you have to jump through.
