Stay away from this dealer it’s a scam My husband paid deposit of £250 for a Audi A4 to be delivered to my house in London which never arrived and before the deposit was taken the dealer called Ryan it was nice he was answering every question about the car after he took the deposit he disappeared he was ignoring my husband calls and texts sometimes he would answer saying that he’s bank it’s locked! For 2months now lying lying lying .Stay away people from this dealer

Saw a few cars i liked online and this was the first place i went to have a look. The car was even better than in the pictures, took for a test drive and made a deal for the car as soon as we got back! They even took my car in part ex and gave me a fair price. Can’t recommend enough

Found a car that I liked the look of online, at a really competitive price. The guys were great - unfortunately the battery was dead and so they immediately replaced it with no qualms. Really good car and fantastic customer service - only lost a star as I was travelling 2.5 hours and they had not thoroughly checked some basic things on the car (battery, headlights) which meant that I had to wait a long time whilst it was sorted - but at least they did sort it!Would definitely buy from them in the future

I was pleased with M28 car sales and would definitely recommend as the whole experience was pleasant.Wasn't pressured into feeling 'I needed' to buy the car but was very helpful with finding out the information I needed.Fantastic Customer Service!! We recently bought a Vauxhall Astra GTC from Ryan at M28 car sales, the car drives perfectly and is in excellent condition. Top set of lads. No pressuring, no haggling. They were very honest and eager to show the paperwork for the car, allow full viewing and even test drive. Seeing as it was my first time buying a used car alone I felt very safe and comfortable. Every question was answered with honesty and I did not feel like I was being led on a goose chase in the slightest.Would definitely recommend buying from here.

Bought a 2004 VW beetle from them. Great too start with, but 5 months down the line I am still waiting for the V5 to arrive. Totally ignoring my texts and phone line not in service. Can't get road tax or vehicle MOT done as the Green slip they gave me is the old one and does not exist on the DVLA.

I had the car delivered but no V5 or MOT it just had with the car. I phoned a few times but met with various excuses saying it was being dealt with, it never arrived. Having just had my car written off in an accident I needed an A to B car quickly. You are putting your trust in these guys make sure you see the paper work when you look at the car.
