We had been last week, enjoying part area where is Cherry Blossom Park also bamboo territory, great atmosphere in the coffee highly recommended

Just beautiful. Gorgeous flowers, shrubs and trees. Well-informed and friendly staff in the poison garden, well worth a visit! Lovely cafe, good food etc. Brilliant day out.

We were allowed to park our motorhome here all day for £3.50 if I remember clearly. We then walked into Alnwick for the day with our dogs. Would have loved to visit the gardens but DOGS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CASTLE GARDENS.

Such a beautiful castle, however because of covid you have to make sure to book your tickets for the Dragons quest and to the castle rooms otherwise you won't get in.

Great car park with friendly staff manning the entry. However, we were told that it's now CARD ONLY (£3.50) Not everyone wants to be a part of this cashless society we are perpetuating.

It's a long walk to the gardens, particularly if you park at the wrong end of the car park as we did. You also have to cross over the road. Parking is £3.50, which isn't unreasonable, but considering this is on top of the cost of getting into the castle & gardens it feels like a rip off.

The gardens are fantastic for adults & children. Lots of interactive & educational features. The Poison Garden is so interesting & informs you about the potential dangers of some common garden plants. The food choices on offer at the main cafe were poor. Fast food which looked over cooked. My prawn sandwich was dry & bland although the soup was good. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.
