Small business well managed with excellent advise given by the owner on a good range of mattresses to help with individual needs.

This was the worst experience I have ever had and very unprofessional. I wanted to support a local business but I was better off to buy from a larger company. The owner has horrible communication skills and makes excuses for EVERYTHING. If you want anything done, you have to be proactive because he doesn’t care about the customer.I order a mattress and a frame. BOTH were order incorrectly!!!!!The frame came in the wrong size. The owner told me that the company does not make it in the size I ordered it in. I called the frame company directly and they said they had it. It took 6 weeks for me to get the original size I ordered.Then the mattress came in wrong. I order 1 mattress And we got two small mattresses and it was in the wrong firmness. This took 3 months to fix. He promised me 3 WEEKS!Then he said I would get compensated for the delay. After 4 month, I had to call 4 times until £100 was put into my account.This was not worth my time and energy. I wish I would have gone somewhere else.Please don’t use this company.

David is excellent to work with and supplies great quality beds and bedframes at an excellent price.We use Forty Winks for all the beds in our holiday lets people are always complimentary about the quality of the bed an the sleep they've had.

He got me the mattress I wanted (even though it wasn't his usual stock), at the right price. The bed and headboard were of a higher standard than anywhere else and all delivered at a time that suited me, again at a competitive price. The bed was assembled for me, which was a bonus. A small hiccup on delivery was dealt with decisively and with no inconvenience to me. All communications were directly with the owner rather than different departments. I wouldn't use anywhere else for beds.
