Horrible place to go for tyres. Staff is not even trained to how put wheel back on without damaging your car… even when they damaged your car they said it was like that when you came.. will not recommend to anyone. Try to avoid this place at any cost

Worst ever customer service never ever recommend for anyone. Staff are really ridiculous attitude.After washing the car if we tell to wipe or dry the alloys they are not even doing that. Moreover they are not washing the car properly especially inside the wheel arch and they increased the car washing amount and they are not doing the job sincerely.Especially, attitude of each staffs are really insane. Really irritable behaviour .

Amazing customer service, I broke down with a popped Tyre a few minutes away from the shop on my route to work. The tyre was completely flat to the rim so i couldn't have drove it anymore, someone kindly came out to me and helped me put my spare on so i could get to work on time.I didn't catch his name but i am very grateful for his help - i will be recommending Prestige Tyres to everyone i know :)
