Inhave spent about 2 1/2 hours trying to telephone. The technology to give the number of calls waiting or the approx time to wait has been around for some years. Installing this would save people much frustration and probably lead to shorter waiting times.

Very helpful in helping us prepare our wedding but phone system is frustrating (long message then 6 options… then telling you that they don’t take calls…). Great people (5 stars) but technology could be better.
